Car Businesses
What I have found out is that some car dealers can be deceitful to us as customers. They may hide past information of the previous use of a car and lure us in by using certain language, so we feel safe to buy from them.
- “Buy with confidence”
- “HPI clear”
- “Fully checked”
- “AA approved”
- “300-point check”
- “You’re in safe hands”
- “Trading Standards approved”
But why would they do this? Because it is in THEIR best interests and not ours. By not offering this information they can make larger profits, simple.
Why should it be up to us as the customer to find this information out?
Every car dealer can find this information out for themselves, so I feel angry that this is not governed properly and still allowed to happen.
